Refund Policy

A 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Cancel any time after that.

Money back within 7 days

If Social Co-host isn't for you, write to support at socialcohost dot com from the address you subscribed with, or use the support form, within 7 days of your first payment. We refund that payment in full and end the subscription. Please check the requirements before you subscribe - above all the graphics card, which is what decides whether the voice models fit.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in your account. It stops the next renewal, and the app keeps working until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. Renewals and reply packs are not refunded, except where the law where you live says otherwise.

What happens to the license

A refund revokes the license key. The app is an offline-first program, so it learns this the next time each computer renews its activation - which for a computer that stays offline can take up to about four months. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise an instant switch-off we can't deliver. Your own shows and settings on your PC are never touched.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first - we answer every message, and it is quicker for you than a dispute. A chargeback revokes the license while it is open, and restores it if it is decided in our favor.
